Why does my Samsung galaxy tab SM-T705 keeping resetting it self?

Not to long ago my tablet just started flickering then it would switch to a black screen, I have to press the power button to bring back my screen.
It would the randomly reboot itself and I notice it doesn't do it when I have the charger plugged into it.
I've look up some method on how to fix it, I've cleared my cache, tried updating it and I even did a factory reset and it still flickers and reboots itself.

Any idea on what it might be and how to fix it?

Could be the battery, how long have you had it? and when you charge it do you charge it the 'proper' method e.g. wait until it is completley dead then charge it to 100% without using it until finished?

I've had it for about 1 year now and yes I would let the battery completely die then recharge it.
