Question Why does my screen go black and monitor makes a click sound when i play a game?

Whenever I hop into an Apex or League match my monitor always makes a weird click sound before going black for a second. This is not the monitors problem as i tried playing a game on my older pc and nothing happened. Could it be my GPUs fault?

I have a ryzen 5 2600
Msi radeon rx 570
Aoc g2460vq6 24" monitor
600W Evga psu

Also i dont know if this helps but when i get into a game i unplug and replug the hdmi cable back into the monitor and that fixes the problem for that game or at best for a bit
