Why does my screen go black

i have an asus g73jh the best buy version i havent had any problems with it till now.

was playing ffxiv the screen will just go black and i cant do anything and i have to hold the power button to turn off the computer.
also i hear a buzzing noise out of the speakers when it happens.

the graphics card was staying at 77 degrees well thats what msi after burner was saying dont know if its right or not

Sounds like a system crash. Is this Windows 7?

ya it is

i did switch from amd 10.1 or whatever to there new 11 bios for the gpu but like i said it wasnt hot so i know its not that and core temp sayed each core was hi 50s low 60s so idk

how do you fix a system crash it did it twice or can you fix it

It's software that's messing up, not hardware. Rolling back your video drivers would be a good first step.
