Question Why does some browser redirect google url to add text at the end?

Why does google url add some letters at the end after I press enter?

I typed in google.com into url bar of internet explorer browser or firefox browser, after pressing enter url bar automatic redirect to https://www.google.com/#spf=1588302839499 , see this example video of internet explorer

I typed in google.com into url bar of chrome browser or edge browser or opera browser, after pressing enter the url bar shows https://www.google.com/ which seems normal.

What does those text #spf=1588302839499 mean?

Please tell me what is happening? Did I get some malware virus or is it normal?

It's normal when you use the HTTPS google.

It's normal when you use the HTTPS google.

Problem only happens in internet explorer browser or firefox browser. In the url box I only type in google.com and then press enter, I did not type in https or anything else.
Why chrome browser or edge browser or opera browser no problem?
