[SOLVED] Why does the enter button on my laptop keeps pressing on its own?

Whenever i try to log in my laptop the enter button keeps pressing by itself and i can never log in until a long amount of time. When i also try to type on a word document the same thing happens repeatedly but worse. Please help, i really don't know what to do its very annoying and i cant get any work done.

It's possible that as you're typing, you're accidentally tapping the touchpad, which acts as the Enter key.
