Question Why does the game frame drop?

I have stable 60 fps then it drops and again and again. It happens in almost all the games here is a just example in FC New Dawn.

CPU Ryzen 5 2600
GPU RX 570 8GB
MTB B450M DS3H
RAM 2x4 GB 2666
HDD 1 TB WD Blue
PSU Seasonic SS620GB (620W)

Your video doesn't work.

You're on a Ryzen platform, you should ideally be on a DDR4-3200MHz dual channel ram kit. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers? How old is your PSU?

Can that difference in ram speed be that much that it frame drops every 5 seconds. PC was built 3 weeks ago.
