why does the Get windows 10 icon continue to appear on my laptop?

last week, I got the notification to reserve my copy of Windows 10 on my IBM/ Lenovo ThinkPad,T61 Series, so i reserved my copy.
Tonight, I tried to boot my laptop up, and got message that I needed to do repair, so I did.
the repair was completed, so I restarted the laptop.
Lo and behold the Get windows 10 icon shows up on my laptop again.
I checked Installed updates to make sure the download needed to get the icon was installed, and sure enough it was.
Should I be worried about this?
I appreciate any advice given.

The get window icon is always there. You can't remove it but you can hide it.

No worries, it's just there.

You can remove the nag if your wish by removing update KB 3035583 using add remove programs and showing all updates before doing so. If you are running Windows 8, HERE is a removal guide. Windows 7 users do it THIS way. And then don't check that specific update in future updating.
