[SOLVED] Why does windows 10 highlight the bottom option when i click

when i click in windows i highlight the button option, so i cant do anything in settings, cause it keeps going to the highlighted option

i does not do that with anything else

Go to the Control Panel-> Ease of Access -> Make mouse easier to use; and see if any of the boxes are checked. If so clear them.
