Question Why does XMP crash my pc and why is my pc underperforming

So I ran the UserBenchmark and it says my performance is below expected

Results:
UserBenchmarks: Game 87%, Desk 58%, Work 39%
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K - 61.7%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 - 107.4%
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120GB - 91.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB - 43.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016) - 93.1%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 69.8%
MBD: MSI Z170A PC MATE (MS-7971)

I went into my bios and turned on XMP to use my ram at 3200 instead of 2133 but that just blue screens my pc. Would anyone know what may be causing my pc to be performing below what it's expected to?

Your RAM is only running at 2133 MHZ (the default speed), you need to go into the BIOS and enable the XMP profile so it will run at 3200 MHz.

Also apparently userbenchmark did Not like your Samsung Evo 840 because the test never completed.

Those are the only 2 things that stand out to me as far as why you would have a relatively low score.

And you need to understand that Userbenchmark is NOT a good benchmark and only compares your PC components to the same components in other peoples PC's.
their PCs could be MUCH better than yours but have some of the same parts so your components will score lower than theirs did.

When i turn on XMP it blue screens my pc a min or two after i turn my pc on

Boot with just one stick of RAM in slot A2 at 2133 MHz and run Memtest86 on that stick.

If it passes all the tests with No errors then test again with Just the other stick installed.

If both sticks pass then try enabling XMP BUT choose a lower speed (with the Memory Frequency setting) like 2933 Mhz or 2866 Mhz.
Your motherboard may just not like that particular RAM and you might have to run it at a lower speed.
