Question Why doesnt my gpu work?

when i trun on the pc everything runs and I can get into windows just fine, but seconds after start up all components with lights flash then the gpu turns off. The gpu also doesn't show up in device manager

Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 motherboard
Gigabyte 1050 ti 4gb gpu
2 4gb patriot viper sticks ram
evga 400w psu
amd a8 9600 cpu
corsair spec 04
