My router supports 5ghz, and many other devices can connect to it in 5ghz mode, but for some reason windows 10 doesn't detect it, CMD says these are the modes that it supports (802.11b 802.11g 802.11n)

I connect to networks wirelessly using an wireless wifi adapter, and windows says i have the last 802.11n driver version
USB\VID_148F&PID_7601&REV_0000 version 5.1.25.0 but going to advanced settings doesnt show me any option to enable 5ghz, So any help would be appreciated and thanks!

my specs : i7 3370
ASRock p65 icafe
8gb ddr3

if you're talking about the wireless wifi adapter, it's just a fake with no model, but it gets half decent speeds
Using the "USB\VID_148F&PID_7601&REV_0000" you provided in the original post. That google search leads to a Ralink R2870 model USB adapter. That device does NOT have 5Ghz radios. That is why you can't connect to 5Ghz WIFI. You need different hardware.

Wireless N support doesn't guarantee that your hardware supports 5Ghz. What is the model of your USB?
