Question Why doesn't my PC open on a dual RAM GSkill Trident Z Neo 2*8GB 3600MHz?

I have GSkill Trident Z Neo 2*8GB 3600MHz of Rams.
Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
PC does open when I install RAM #1 on any slot regardless which one.
However, PC doesn’t open when I install RAM #2 on any slot or with the another RAM that works.
I sent them to the service to have them a look and they told me that these both two RAMs are functional.
What should I do?

RAM Service told me that they connected the both RAMs to the diagnotic machine and turned out that they're not faulty. I don't think I can return them. Is there anything possibly that I can do more?
