Why doesnt my western digital wd400 hard drive show gb size on label?

Hello,
I have a hp pavilion a1130e and online it says its hard drive has an 80gb capacity.however, when i looked at my drive,(a western digital wd400) it doesnt stae anywhere what the gig parameters are. And ive seen the same drives online that do show it. wth?

Normally and according to their numbering scheme the WD400 would be 40GB and WD600 60GB and so on http://www.wdc.com/en/products/legacy/Legacy.asp?Model=WD400BB
