Why dont my CL work at the speed intended?

But in reality :

Should I enable XMP in bios ? (what is that?)

Should I change something else in bios?

Enable xmp otherwise set the timings manually.

Since you're using the XMP profile it's not overclocked. So don't change anything and leave it as it is.
