Question Why don't windows detect my usb flash drive?

Hi. I just formatted my usb flash drive using rufus.
I put windows 10.iso in it.
After formatting, The usb flash drive isn't detected by windows explorer.
But, rufus detected it.

That's weird.
Try using the Windows 10 media creation tool to create the USB. You'll still need a valid license key, of course.

HI. I tried to reformat the usb flash drive using rufus.
Apparently, Windows explorer detect it as 2 device.
When i reformat using windows explorer, It showed as 1 device and it work properly.
So, I tried again formating it using rufus and put windows 10 iso file again.
It now showed as 2 device again.
But, UEFI detect it as 1 device.
I tried to boot it and it show error no disk image.
When i tried booting it on my old laptop, It can boot.
Is the problem with my new laptop?
