Why dose ark look so bad on my PC

Hey guys just brought ark on my PC its runs about 60 fps on high graphics or I can even run it on epic but it looks so bad and blurry what is wrong I tried to reinstall it but nothing happened it doesn't just look bad graphics it looks unplayable. Thanks pls help
