Why fifa 18 shutters ?

Ok I'm running fifa 18 at 4K on constant 160-170 fps but during game fifa sort of shutters and lags I don't understand why.
My specs are I7 4.2 ghz
Zotac GTX 1080 extreme edition +
16 gb of ram
Sony bravia 55" 55x8500B 3d TV. (I don't understand the native 120 hz refresh rate when all I get is 60 please somebody explain this)

So my question is... why is there a problem ? is my Tv bottlenecking ? if so for information I tried Vsyn and 60 fps that thing still happens like game kinda freeze or micro shutters while I'm having constant 60fps with Vsync and 170+ FPs with no limitation.

PLEASE HELP GUYS WHAT DO I DO . #EASUCKS

In short no frame drops but game shutters for instants help ? anyone ?

And by 4K I mean true 4096 x2160 and my tv says

3840x2160 @60hz and 4096x2160 HDMI 2 /24 :O :/ AND my computer says that it's running at 4096x2160@60hz I have fucking no clue why do fifa 18 shutters .. help please

4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) - 3840 X 2160/60P - so the refresh rate is 60Hz.

Suggest an FPS limit of 120fps / 121fps, and see if things improve.

the max FPs limit is 60 in fifa 18 and then there is no limit option . things I have tried are

1) tried to lower my resolution ..didn't helped
2) lower rendering and MSSA ..well nah .. good ol same fifa
3) tried limiting 60 FPS .. change from DX12 to DX 11 and enable V sync and tripple buffering ... no avail :/

PS: shutter happen mostly when on corners when FPS drops to 30 for video and cenamatic stuffs from fifa and then when it pass the ball .. it looks like it's skipping the ground .. it remains good for few mins then sh8t happens again while my FPS all remains very high or stable
