Why games are running much slower on my laptop, than they should?

So I bought a laptop, that didn't had win10 on it. So I installed win10 and all necesary drivers ( bye that I mean Nvidia, Intel, and everything that was on Asus' site), but it looks like it's underperforming. The main game that i'm trying to play is Overwatch, and it should run the game at least on low settings, but on the lowest settings i get only 15-20 fps at best. And it does the same thing with every other game.

The only thing that looks off, is that if i check the "My PC" properties, it says that i have 4 GB RAM, but 3,88 GB is usable.
I tried to fix this, but nothing worked ( I looked up forums and tutorials), and the only solution I didn't tried is updating my BIOS. When I looked up the newest BIOS version, it was the same as mine (.308). Another solution was to change some things in BIOS settings, but strangely my BIOS had very few options.
I also tried to forcefully start the games with the dedicated video card , but I got the same results. (When i tried to do the same but with my other video card it turned out that already I used my dedicated card, because with the other one couldn't even run the game).

My specs:
Laptop: Asus A541U
System type: X541UVK
System: Windows 10 64-bits
Video card: Intel HD Graphics 620
Dedicated Video card: Nvidia GeForce 920MX
Processor: Intel Core i3-7100U, 2.40 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
DirectX 12
Bios: Date: 01/30/18
Verison: .308 and in dxdiag 05.0000C (why is there a difference?)
in dxdiag there is some 'Paging file' (I'm not sure if its called that 'cause my windows isn't english):
in use:6851 MB, free: 2516 MB

So I don't know why it's so slow , maybe i forgot to install some driver, or I must update my BIOS, or it is something i didn't even thinked about?

Yes I know it's not the best for gaming, and I kow my ram is low, this is why i'm not trying open world games, and modern games. My problem is I saw others play Overwatch with a similar specs, and they can run it on low or even on medium, but the game is on the lowest possible settings on 800x600 resolution, and I even edited the config file, and the best is still just around 10-15 fps, sometimes 15-20.

But thanks for your answer regardless.

"it says that i have 4 GB RAM, but 3,88 GB is usable"

Nothing wrong there -- the "discrepancy" is simply the amount that's reserved for hardware. I've got 8GB installed, but only 7.88GB is usable -- all perfectly normal.

For what it's worth, running 64-bit Windows with only 4GB installed RAM just doesn't make sense --- I'd double that up as soon as you can.

So if my windows wouldn't be 64 bit than most of things would run faster?

Thanks for your answer

No, I don't mean that -- and no, it wouldn't perform better on 32-bit Windows. You've misinterpreted my post.

What I was getting at is that since 64-bit Windows does not have a 4GB limit for RAM (which 32-bit Windows does) then you should be taking advantage of that fact by installing at least 8GB ---- otherwise there's no point in running 64-bit Windows.
