Why games lag on low graphic settings?? Please help...

assassin creed syndicate lagging on low graphic settings. why? please help
System spec:
i5 2400
Intel DH67BL motherboard
6GB RAM
Gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 960 4GB
Toshiba 1TB hard
FSP Hexa 550W PSU

Check MSConfig and under the Advanced tab check if it uses all 4 cores. If it doesn't, uncheck it and reboot.

MY hard disk brand new. I brought it very recently..
No windows not lagging. It happens if I play this game.

I really don't see what could cause it, the only possible way to resolve this is by reinstalling windows.

Watch dog , Black ops 3 🙁
Is it due to graphic card fault?

The GPU is probably fine (drivers would crash if it wasn't). Try looking at the FPS at the moments when the stutters occur and the CPU usage. Also, does it only happen when you are moving, or also when you are standing still.

Extremely bad coding,on dual cores it stops for seconds...
You can use a frame limiter to fix it the easy way

but truly it's about the main threads not having any kind of synchronization...
using this method you will keep having good framerate in easier parts of the game.
