3, Well to be honest, I used to record my screen with camtasia and I was wondering and why can't I render save my video as 1080p than 720p. So I guess its just a cheap graphics card for offices. My school has intel processors and graphics latest version since 2015 (I forgot, I never check it because it opens the admin login) with 1000gb hard drive and 4gb ram but can save up vids to 1080p. So I guess fair enough to know that, Thanks for the information and I think I should just deal with it and save money for a better graphics card and processor if I can reach 500$.
