Why "Get Windows 10" doesn't appear

Hello everyone! All my friends' PCs and the PCs in my school have the "Get Windows 10" app but it doesn't appear to me. I'm currently running Windows 8.1 Pro. It even didn't appear on the Pre Reservation period. I've got some issues with Windows Update. For example it stuck on Checking for Updates. The green bar is running for about 6 min and eventually it says that it can't check of updates. I can't remember the code of the error. I've tried all Troubleshooting methods but none of them solve the problem. About a week ago I've got another issue with the Windows Update. It couldn't download some important updates. Eventually the Troubleshooter solve the problems and now it only shows that there aren't updates. Could that cause the issues with the Windows 10 Update?

Don't worry about it. Just click on this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and follow the link (you need to change to US timezone otherwise it won't work).

Screw the icon! Beat your friends to it and download it now. I've already finished it through that link 10 hours ago

Oops. i down clicked your answer by mistake. It isn't that. even when you update it still won't let you download. I just got an email from Microsoft saying it will be ready in about a week (got that email about 10min ago) - ISO is the way to go through their website

The way to go through the website is have an Insider Account. IDK if you can sign up now or not.

Obtain the ISO file
Burn to DVD or USB
Try it.
