in the last few months, most of the time my ping has been up to around 100, when i used to get 40-50.
I followed this threads instuructions to see what the problem was: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1939342/ping-high.html
I use wired internet (powerline) if that helps
but i dont understand what its saying in cmd. this is what i saw: http://oi60.tinypic.com/28i723n.jpg
If anyone has any idea on how to fix my problem with ping then i would appreciate it.
i hope im understandable, thanks in advance :)

Your latency appears to be high within the internal network -> See the first tracert to 192.168.1.254. That's the link latency between your machine and the router.

This means that your powerline link is at fault. To troubleshoot, determine if you have installed any new devices on the mains power or if you have moved the powerline plugs (both ends) right before this issue occurred.

If you have not done so, then it is likely that your powerline plug unit(s) are at fault. This could be due to many reasons, including 'wear and tear' of the components or climate changes (resulting in overheating).

Do you have any electrical equipment running during that time then? Perhaps heaters, water pumps or any similar equipment that only runs later in the day or on a schedule.

If it's during the night then perhaps more appliances are being used in the house and introducing more interference.
