Why have I not been finding any Team Fortress 2 items?

I haven't been finding any tf2 items lately. I didn't find any for one week, then I found three one one day and one on another, and then the reset for finding items happened and I didn't find any items.

It depends on how you play. Stick to 1 character and use him a lot you will get stuff.

After ~10 hour of playtime per week drops stop, this has been implemented since 2010.
Players should get drops on average every 50 minutes for those first 10 hours, then little to nothing more the rest of the week.
Free to Play players get a trimmed down version of the drop system as well.

I have a premium account and I didn't receive items for a whole week and that was even when the reset time went by.

Nobody can pin down the drop system entirely, your best option would be to ask Valve. Their answer would likely be to keep playing.
