Question Why having good FPS my game is not smooth?

I searched for a long time and found no solution.
This problem is with Fortnite. I limit the FPS in 73 with Freesync enabled. 25-40 ping. 480GB SSD.
Monitor: 75hz Freesync.
GPU: RX 5600 XT. (60-70 C° 25% usage)
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 4.2Ghz. (50-65 C° 20-50% usage)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz.
Mother: Gygabite AB350M-DS3H V2.
600w 80 Plus power supply.
