Question why i am getting less than half speed on win 10??

Earlier i had win 8.1. now i updated to win 10. I use net through mobile hotspot. and i am now getting less than half speed on my pc while on mobile losing data on full speed. it was not the case earlier.

Yes i updated the drivers
