why i am getting low fps

When playing games like ac4 and ac3
I am getting low fps b/w 15-30 on all settings what Is the reason for this
My rig is
Intel Pentium dual core e5300
HD 7770 1gb ddr5
4gb ddr2 ram
+1.75gb on board graphics

make sure your video cable on the gpu. also your rig may be running out of free ram. most gaming rigs use 8g of ram now and a faster cpu.

probably your cpu is the issue here. 7770 is is good card. ram is also ok but it ill give you problems in future.better upgrade to 8gb asap....

problem means that your games ill lag very much with that 4gb ram.... thats it

The main reason is that your CPU just cannot keep up with games such as AC4. You should look into replacing the parts (motherboard, cpu, and ram for ~ $200) or just playing games that are not so stressing. The Assassins Creed series on PC is fairly unoptimized and required med/high end hardware.
