Question Why I Can’t Find Anything in My PenDrive?

Hi,

I was copying some files from my PenDrive to PC but it was too slow so I quit the process and thought instead of copying files to HDD, I should copy files to the SSD.
P.S I have both SSD and HDD in my PC.

When I opened PenDrive, I found nothing. It was empty.

did you cut/paste or copy/paste?
if you cut, they may not exist
if you copy, the originals should still be on the USB stick.

try the stick in another pc. I have had one stick stop working with my pc once only to later work after I reinstalled windows.

I did copy paste and I did stick it in another pc but I did not find anything. Actually, the USB is showing completely empty. For instance, the USB is of 28.6 GB its showing 28.5 GB.

Thats not saying a lot, it depends on if files were text or not. I often seem to have empty USB but its just the file sizes.
its still down 100mb

is that a 32gb USB stick? mine shows 29.8gb total space, yours seems to be missing some.
this is mine, I have a spare still

Those were video files. the pendrive was almost full.
