i have c2d e7300,hd 6670 and 4gb ram,im playing on 1440x900 and in big fights my fps frops to 30-25.why i cant play on max,even on high i cant have 60fps lock,why'??

My best guess from this limited info is probably because your aging core 2 duo from 2008 is approaching 6 years old and is probably not up to it. League of legends is competing in a world of i5' i7's where Layer 3 cache is king , im also going to make a guess that its not just LoL you are running , on the chip , its windows , all your background applications , some form of voice coms IE skype , you probably have a couple of browser tabs open eating Ram like a greedy child.

Maxed and high settings are really only for machines built within 2-3 years of the application and while your pc maybe wasnt built in 2008 , that Cpu was .

Sorrry buddy

on benchmark it shows hd 6670 ddr3 and i have ddr5,what about if i upgrade to core 2 quad q6600???

Why the bump? The answer is obvious, your machine is just too slow to keep up with high settings during times where there are lots of visuals and model movement. It's really that simple. Your options are to lower your settings or upgrade your gear.

It's doubtful that switching to a lower speed but quad core processor would help improve performance for LoL, you would probably be better off switching to a Haswell i3 in that case and an actual gaming graphics card. For example take a looks at the CPU benchmarks here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ivy-bridge-wolfdale-yorkfield-comparison,3487-14.html (in fact, that whole article is a pretty good read).

Edit: Aww, the bump post was removed as I posted, but the answer is still the same.
