Question Why i cant press H button while holding Shift+W?

Why i cant press H button while holding Shift+W? my keyboard (Oryx 444k mechanicus) says it has Anti Ghosting(all keys NKRO) but with combination Shift+W i cant type H not even in-game neither in notepad etc. please help me if someone can so. it is really frustrating for me thanks for any advices.!

Very odd that an advertised all keys NKRO gaming keyboard won't register those keys.
There could be a software causing the issue.
My wireless keyboard does not have any issues with the combo and I tested a $10 USB keyboard I have laying around and it works.

I tested out Lenovo keyboards here at work which are nothing special and I too had no issue: WWWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHH

And is there something i Can do without buying another one ?

You can see if there is a firmware update for the keybd or contact the manufacturer for an RMA
or if it's still new enough you can return it for a refund and get something else.
