[SOLVED] why i cant put my refresh rate to 144hz ?

i have an asus tuf gaming A15 fx506iv it should support 144hz but there is no option for 144 it only show 60hz. i tried to change it from display<advanced display setting but there is no 144hz. also nvidia control panel does not show any settings for the display. so please can anyone help me?

If you are talking about the internal display, there are several screens it may have, you may have bought one with 60hz. Check your receipt and full specs on the system.
