why i can't run far cry 3?

helloo guys i have an athlon 64 x2 5200B 2.7ghz processor radeon hd5450 1gb video and 1.8gb ddr ram and my question is why every game is fu*king laggy? I always play on low settings and in 640x480...and why i get freaking errors in the games? os: win7 ultimate 64bit ex.: when i want to start far cry 3 i get program can't initizaled (0x0000007b) and quit its because i have 64 bit os/processor? pls help me

1.8Gb of ram is not enough for win 7 64bit alone. I'd say 2Gb is the minumun(some people have stated 4Gb as the minumum)

So buy more ram

And by the way your GPU is a bit weak too

RAM is likely the main problem but you GPU is old and was never mean't for gaming and your CPU is ancient. Its really time for a new build you need at least $400, 500-600 preferred to start or if you want something to last 5+ years without an upgrade the new Xbox and PS4 should release late this year.
