First, sorry if my english is not that good. But, hi there! I have some problems running Starcraft 2 correctly and i want to know if my hardware can run it on high settings with a smooth framerate.
My specs(Laptop):
AMD A10 5745M QUAD CORE 2.10 GHZ With integrated graphic's 8610G 1GB
12 GB RAM 1600Mhz
AMD R7 M260 2GB
1TB 5400 RPM
Windows 8.1

It's weird because i can't even play on Medium Settings and get Constant 60 fps while years ago i could play with a Nvidia 210 and a shitty processor on high settings and have a smooth framerate.

Could it be a bad optimization?

Or could it be my graphic's card not working correctly?

Make sure your power profile is set to at least 'Balanced' or 'High Performance'. On laptops Windows will often default to a power saving profile which will cause your CPU to run in low power mode at low speed, and your discrete GPU won't turn on leaving you with your considerably slower integrated graphics, and that might be causing your performance problems.

Make sure you have the latest graphics drivers for your GPU, whether you get them from AMD's website or the laptop manufacturer's site will vary depending on who built your laptop.
