Why I Can't Select Israel As My State In Amazon.com?

I have been seen people buy from amazon with proof protection.
and saying its best website no scammers
but i went to amazon and i tried to buy a graphic card, so it asked me for address.. While puting address information.. i notice that amazon ask me for " STATE " i can see all states but not israel
my question is : does amazon ships to israel? how?

Well, Israel is not a state if you were looking at the US site. Contact Amazon about how to purchase from them. They do ship to Israel:
