Question Why i get 30-40 fps on gtx 1060 and ryzen 5

So i just recently bought new computer and at first it worked perfectly then It suddenly started to have some issues with fps. I get into game and first few minutes i have normal fps (like my system should have ) and then it drops on 30-40 fps. And ''jumps'' ups and down. ITS UNPLAYABLE.
My system specs:
GTX 1060
Ryzen 5 1400
PS 550w
8gb ddr4 RAM
256gb os ssd (samsung 850 pro)
1tb of hdd

What is the make and model of your PSU? Try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers and see if the issue is resolved. List the games you've tried and seen the issue crop up on, please don't include an etc in that sentence.

I already did reinstall drivers

I also tried Fortnite CSGO GTA5 Apex Legends and all same story
