PC specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
8GB RAM DDR4
RTX 2060

I have fps drops,144 fps stable drops at 10 fps or 7 when I play Fortnite. It happens to me in other games too but not so sharply. I don't know why this is happening to me. When I am playing the ram it is over 86% and the CPU over 88-90%. CPU temperature is over 33º

Solution
It's your ram.

Having 8gb is killing you. Is it a single 1 x 8gb DIMM, or 2 x 4gb? Also what speed?

Ryzen loves fast ram, and also dual channel. Both will give an extra 15-30% increase in FPS (combined increase). So, ideally you want 2 x 8gb 3000-3200mhz ram. Your problems should stop and your system will perform much better.

When your 8gbs fills up, it will begin to use the swap/page file on your HD. This is much slower than your system ram. This causes stuttering and FPS drops.

Yeah, so like i said, your ram is maxing out.

With only one stick of ram (single channel) you lose out on 10-15% FPS.
With slower ram (2400 v 3200) you are losing out on the same.

If you get 16gbs, you will have no more issues like that.

However, you should by a 2 x 8gb matched kit of 3200, providing you have a B450 mobo. If you have a B350 mobo you are better of getting 3000mhz ram.

What mobo do you have?

If I buy only one8gb 2400mhz ram my PC will work fine?

So, for your B350 mobo, you sholdn't buy more than 3000mhz ram (2933).

It's not a good idea to buy another 8gb stick and mix it with what you have. This can cause problems, specially on a Ryzen mobo, which can be very sensitive to ram. Sometimes it can work, if you are happy to play around, but it's not guaranteed to work. The advice is to get a 2 x 8gb matched kit. Then sell you current ram to offset the cost.
