Why i have fps drops at black ops2?

Cpu😛entium g860 3Ghz(2 cores)
Gpu:Gtx 650-E
Ram:4GB
Os:Windows 7 64
My in game setting are all at low
Resolution 1366x768
My fps at game its over 100++
But in some moments is goes to 10-20 for a little for some secs Why i have that problem?

GTX 650-E? Odd. What is your CPU and GPU usage? That 4 GB of RAM may just not be cutting it.

GTX 650-E? Odd. What is your CPU and GPU usage? That 4 GB of RAM may just not be cutting it.

Gpu when i play Not even 10%
Cpu when i play is 80-100 usage

The fps drops is happening at rare moments not all time and when they happen is for 3 second

Cpu when i play is 80-100 usage

Definitely a CPU bottleneck or throttling, maybe both.

And I mean SEVERE bottleneck. Try going for the new pentium or maybe a Core i5.

Ok thanks for solutions i want ask something more if i have my current set up and i upgrade my cpu to i5 and my ram to 6 can i play all games at high settings?

Yes. Sell your RAM and get 2 sticks of 8 GB. Dual Channel and one extra is really weird and doesn't work well. You will run your games at High to Very High settings.
