why i have high ping in games even if i have 12mpbs upload 8mpbs download and 55ms

Wireless can have wildly variable latency, which is why it's not best suited for online games.

I'm assuming you used Ookla speedtest or something similar. That takes a snapshot of your latency at that moment. Your latency could be very different just seconds later. Latency varies on a wired connection as well, but not as much.

If running an ethernet cable between your PC and switch isn't feasible, you could also buy powerline adapters. These depend on the quality of electrical wiring where you live, but typically, modern powerline adapters are almost as good as a direct ethernet connection.

I dont have 20m long ethernet cable and my brother dont lag at all and his pc ismore far away than mine and he got cheaper wireless adapter, + hisroom is underground and still he dont lag

Ping time is latency. They are the same thing.

Distance does affect wireless, but the composition of what's in between you and the WAP will also. Move your PC to the same room as the WAP, preferably in LOS, and test your latency in a game there.

The amount of bandwidth you have does not have much impact on ping/latency UNLESS you are exceeding the bandwidth. Data will then be queued which increases the ping/latency or dropped if it gets really busy.

Games use very little bandwidth themselves so as long as nothing else is running your problem likely is the WiFi.

Wifi has so many things that can affect the signals it is almost impossible to predict how well it will work. Your problem may not be the distance to the router it may be that you are closer to a signal from say a neighbor that is interfering.

In any case there is almost nothing you can do to fix wifi. The only options are try to change the radio channel and try to force it to run on only 20mhz channels. This will cause it to run slower but decreases the risk of interference because it is using less of the radio spectrum.

The problem you describe is exactly why it is not recommenced to play online games on wifi. Games use the timing between packets to sync your location in games. Wifi because of the retransmission of data has variable latency between packets.

As bill001g pointed out distance is only one thing that impacts WiFi. There are many other things that can have a negative impact.

I tried wifi analyzer and it show that theres 1 neighbours wifi thats has same singla strengh that mine but its does not usesame channel.

That’s just one possibility. Something hidden in the walls, floor, ceiling or an electrical device nearby causing interference.

As already suggested try your pc in your brothers room.
