[SOLVED] why if i have 16 gb of ram installed only 13.3 is available?

Hello , i have installed 16 gb of ram but my system says that only 13.3 is available , i just wanted to know if it's normal or if i have some problems to fix

Thats normal, if you look at your in use just to the left of what you circled you are using 2.5GB which would add up close to the 16GB installed.
