Why i'm getting a bad fps !! ?

Hello guys i have a core 2 duo E7500 and a gtx 650 1 gb
i used to have a good fps in csgo etc... now i get a bad fps (less gpu usage) not more than 60
i even used to get 60 fps and more on agar.io now always 30 i dont remembre but i'm sure i changed something in my pc (windows options) so if you can help me

What are your CPU temps under load? When a CPU gets too hot, it downclocks to prevent damage. This would explain the lowered GPU usage because the CPU is downclocking and cant keep the GPU fed.

cpu core 1 max 49 core 2 max 37 the gpu is +50 some times

Go to userbenchmark.com and run a bench. Leave a link here with the results. It will tell us if a piece of hardware is underperforming.

If you are getting 30fps, you might have turned on vsync. Go make sure it's off in the game and in the nvidia control panel.

The bench did not complete as there is no GPU score. Could be an issue there. Check the settings on the game and see if vsync is the cause. But that should not impact the ability for the GPU to complete the bench.

update i runned the bench again it completed but i got an alert couldnt not run 3d or something ill run again and tell u

okey update : i runned another benchmark : http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8986191 and also i noticed when i close msi afterburner i complete the benchmark when i open it i dont

Something is wrong with your GPU. Bring it back to stock settings in Afterburner. What are the GPU temps when gaming?

well in the benchmark down i see Performing above expectations (68th percentile) so i dont think the gpu is the probleme the probleme was when i open msi afterburner the benchmark dosent complete
