why intel hd graphics doesnt support core 2 duo t8100 2.10 ghz

hi intel my name is aslam and i have a dream to play high graphics games in my core 2 duo like (spider man games,wolverine game etc...) but my graphics card is gma x3100 i had tried to install intel hd graphics but doesn't support its shows (code 43) please its my dreams somebody tell some solution....
