Question WHY IS ARE MY GAMES LOCKED TO 70 FPS?

My games are locked to 70 fps only. On all of them: Rust, Minecraft, CS:GO, Fortnite...
I have V-SYNC disabled in the NVIDIA Control Panel and in the Game.
Please help!

Please update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

What make and model monitor(s) are you using?

I have no clue, it's about 8 years old. But about a week ago I could still run all the games perfectly with more fps than that.
