Why is arma 3 not getting a high fps on my computer

ok so when I'm playing arma 3 I'm only averaging about 25-30 fps but I don't know why can anyone help my current setup is

-Gtx 1050 ti 4gb
-8gb ram
-amd fx 4300 quad core black edition

Rude answer - Because the ARMA programmers suck.

Less rude answer - Most games today are video card bound. The faster the video card, the more FPS you get. My rig has a 3 year old 4 core CPU and most games only take it to 25%. ARMA, on the other hand, is CPU bound. While the FX 4300 would be fine for a lot of games, it is your bottleneck in ARMA.
