Question Why is every game crashing to Desktop ?

i7 9700k @ 4.9Ghz turn on all core's 4600mhz it's running in gaming
Sapphire NITRO+RX 5700 XT oc GDDR6
16GB ddr4 ram @ 3600mhz mhz Trident z RGB dual channel
Z390m gigabyte UD
1TB m.2 SSD Addlink
250GB m. 2 SSD XPG 6000pro
650w watt psu max Antec
Monitor 1 1920x1080p 60hz & dynamic resolution 2560x1440p
Windows 10 Pro 64bit updated.
RGB casing fan's etc, 4 fan's RGB lighting fan's in front 3 up 1 & back sensor fan installed
Cpu cooler is Contac 9 29B Tharmaltake with 1 fan

My question is every game is crashing to desktop it's start then crashes don't know what happened I check everything can't figure out the problem solutions yesterday it was working great I was playing gta 5 online & today I start it shows 5 time blue screen windows defender protector virus was disabled automatic was turn off & it won't restart IT hacker limit your apps area etc error occurred then i restart computer 5 to 7 time's it crashes to blue screen on it no number only barcode your system ran into a problem then i start the pc computer again it was ok display showd desktop shows defender was on working then i run some games on steam buy Version it crashed every game on start but Street fighter V was working, Horizon zero dawn crashed, cyberpunk crashed, Just Cause 4 crashed. please help me

Bro my processor is on 4600mhz enabled all 8 core's ram is not overclocked, but i did overclocked my gpu little bit & other stuff in Bios is Auto everything is on auto settings
