Question Why is fortnite blurry(couldn't take a better term) when on my laptop

So I bought a dell inspiron i5575-a214slv-pus (Ryzen 2500u, 8gb of ram, 1 HDD 5400 rpm ), I quickly noticed that my character model was off compared to my xbox and the youtube videos that I have seen online, with the new update to fortnite, almost everything has changed. My ram is now lacks the animation, my trees are like just green blobs also can not see the trees from under it also can't see floors while under them. I have uninstalled fortnite and redownloaded and I have updated drivers to the ones released on 31st of July.

I don't play Fortnite but am aware of two different resolution settings. One for the display and one for 3D. The display resolution is for the hud and 3D resolution is for the graphics. Check 3D graphics is set to your desired resolution. This isn't fancy 3D glasses thing if you might've thought that.

I didn't think that xD but how would I change that I recently switched from mac and I don't really know windows too well.
