For 135 new you can get the gtx 1050 ti, a yoga sitting ball 😛 and no hdd. I do advice against used hdd's as an hdd's lifespan is about 5 years depending on the usage. The gtx 1050ti is a bit better than the gtx 770 but not much.

The gtx 770 used to be one of the best cards out there. So people who resell it want to get some good moeney for it still because it was once a high end card.
