I am doing a $700 budget gaming build including i5 6500, gtx 1060 3gb, 2x8 16gb ddr4 2133 ram, and Crucial MX300 M.2 275gb ssd. No overclocking. When I post in systems forum asking build advice everyone always says H110 motherboards are bad, and I should use B150 or H170 instead, but I never get a clear reason why. Is H110 really bad? For what reason? I have scoured the internet and all I can find is that there are less ram slots and less sata connections, both of which are not an issue for me. And something to do with PCI-E lanes, but I don't understand that.

Please explain PCI-E lanes and why they matter, and any other downsides to H110. Here is the H110 board I was originally considering: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132854
