Im not sure about it but someone suggested me Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3 ATX LGA1151

You've picked an overclock-able CPU and that is not an overclockable motherboard. Pick a motherboard in pcpartpicker and see if you still have compatibility issues.

I added that motherboard and it say its have potential issues it says Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor does not include a stock CPU cooler. Adding a CPU Cooler to your part list is recommended.

Did some changes here is new build - http://pcpartpicker.com/list/GTntpb (add $200 because gpu doesnt show price)
