[SOLVED] Why is it saying repairing/scanning C: drive every boot but boots successfully?

Hello! I have recently noticed that on every boot, it says repairing/scanning C: but boots normally and I can do everything as normal. But when I check the disk, it says there's an error, or it's dirty or whatever depending on the way I check it. Should I try and fix it or not worry about it?

I was able to reinstall windows and everything works now.

NTFS has a "dirty bit" which tells the OS that the NTFS volume is inconsistent. This would suggest that the system is not being shut down gracefully.

When you boot up the machine, and the OS sees that the dirty bit is set, it launches CHKDSK or Scandisk to verify the integrity of the file system.
