Question Why is it, that when I am in the middle of a game, my fps drops from 60 to 5, and random horizontal lines appear.

Help! I just cannot play some games. I noticed, that one game this happens on- has a quick fix of just switching the resolutions back and forth, but what I am trying to play is Valorant. The fps is just fine, and when the lines appear, It is unplayable.

Running a laptop, Dell inspiron 15 3521.
I think this is the power supply info: Dell XRDW244J
Cpu on ~50%, 70 degrees C.
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000: gpu: 6% memory:40% ~65 degrees C.
AMD Radeon HD 7670M: gpu: 5%, memory 77% 60 degrees C.
NOTE ABOUT THE INFO ABOVE: This info is recorded, while I had both this thread on chrome open, and the game WITH the lines in game.
