Hoping someone can help me out here. Laptop has been randomly shutting down and has to be manually restarted. Mostly while playing games but not all the time. Event log shows 41 and 6008 as well as The iommu fault reporting has been initialized event id 16 I have tried a new power adapter, reapplied thermal paste , unplugged my cooling pad, messed with power settings, ran memory test and it still happens. I have tried all i know and i am about to give up. Also it should be noted sometimes after it happens I actually have to unplug my power cord from the wall and laptop, plug cord back into wall and laptop for it to start charging again. Some times I do not have to do this reset for it to start charging again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried posting my logs and system info.If you need any more info let me know. Thank you
